On Thursday the 10th of March we hosted our I-Manifest 2016 Gala at the beautiful private home of Dr Shane and Penny Moran.
It was a magical evening of imagination, art, music, culture, fine food, wine and spirits.
The event fundraised to send 500 kids to I-Manifest's 2016 programs taking place at Vivid Ideas, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia, Biennale of Sydney, TEDx Youth and Emergence Festival (W.A).
The evening was brought to life under the creative direction of Steve Cordony and Ant Donovan (Frost* Collective).
The night included; an interactive light installation by Thi Nguyen of Bangarra and Hèrmes fame; an immersive sound performance by Triple J unearthed emerging indigenous talent Kuren with students from Nepean Creative and Performing Arts High School; performance by Groove Quantize and Liverpool Girls High School joined by Edo Kahn, Nadav Kahn & Old Man River; Music by Katie O’Neill, Valerie Yum and Almost Real (Michelle Owen); Live Art by Matthew Gillett and I-Manifest Alumni, DUX and Louis Gerber.
Guests enjoyed signature dishes and cocktails from Sydney’s best including, Waterman's Lobster Co. Toko Sydney, Cheekyburgerbar, Misschu, The Henson, Gelato Messina, Doughnut Time, 169 Darlinghurst, Poor Toms Gin, Aura Rose, Philip's Frolic Wine, Sidewood Estate, Sydney Brewery, Talsiker Single Malt Whiskey, Johnny Walker and Santa Vittoria.
